This provider is very rude. He asked my mom not to talk when I didnt even know what to say. It was my first time "as an adult" going to the doctor and I feel he didnt care on what I had to say and disregard all inputs I had to say. Then when he asked me something and I didnt have the answer he said to my mom "do you have any answer". I am not coming back to see this doctor ever.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Dorf. I came because of sudden hearing loss. Felt like once I said my hearing aids came from Costco - it was the first question he asked - he dismissed me. He did not pursue my problem - said I need to go to where I got the hearing aids. I did not press him on the fact that my hearing has changed when the hearing aids are not in. The girl who did the hearing test was great and mentioned she had nothing to compare it to since the last time I had a hearing test with them was too long ago. Dr. Dorf said my hearing test was not much different than the last one - which was a lie. I will not go to him again.

Overall experience was good. Just didnt get any answers to my "WHY" .However I would trust doctoring with Dr. Dorf n no one else,

First visit to this Dr. (referral from Primary Care Dr. From another practice. Overall experience was very good, but I felt I had to wait far too long to see an ENT specialist....over 2-months. Additionally, when making an appointment for a CT scan, it took several phone calls to get to the right party to actually make the appointment. I kept getting bounced around from the service of the number I was provided to a different number and then back to the original service- found this frustrating. It shouldn't be difficult to make an appointment for a procedure and it was. Hopefully will be better going forward.

Dr. Dorf listened,to my medivsl complainy, asked pertinent questions, examined and told me the result of his exam and explained the probably/possible cause and suggested and discussed treatment options. Dr. Dork was pleasant and thoroughly PROFESSIONAL from the hair follicles on the top of his head, down to the soles of his feet. He offfered explainations in both '..medical-ese..' and in plain, layman's English.
