WellSpan OB/GYN - Tri Hill

I cannot say enough good things about Tasha and the nurses working with her when I was in. After having my first prenatal ultrasound after going through a miscarriage the ultrasound tech that day  had not let me listen to the baby's heartbeat. I felt disheartened as after going through loss it meant a lot to hear the baby's heartbeat that day. Tasha and all of the nurses working with her that day went out of their way to make this happen and I cannot say enough how much that meant that they took the time out of their day to go out of their way and make sure I was able to hear baby's heartbeat. They truly made me feel like a person and not a patient.

Been going to her for 2-3 years now. She's the only one who takes me seriously in the office!! She's the best. Always listens.

She is great, always very personable and makes me feel comfortable.

Tasha was relatable, honest, extremely knowledgeable, asked great questions and was kind and sympathetic to my concerns. She spent much more time with me than she has available and I appreciated that.

Wait time was 40+ minutes, not enough time spent with nurse asking questions as a result, seemed disorganized, other nurses did not provide information, Taasha was the best and answered many questions but due to the long wait time for the other nurse I did not get enough time with her. I needed a swab test and becuase of the disorganization I sat and spent 20 minutes just sitting there and had the swab at the end. Jist a generally unpleasant experience.

Tasha was excellent! This was the first time I saw her and was very happy with my visit. She listened to all of my concerns and explained things in an easy to understand way. She was very friendly and kind.

Taasha is an amazing provider. She always makes me feel comfortable and that I can speak with her about any issue/question without judgement. She is truly concerned about my well-being as a woman. If everyone had a provider like Taasha, they would feel heard and know they're well cared for. Any time I have questions, I feel like I can contact her and it is not a problem or bother.

Taasha is amazing! I began seeing her based on a recommendation from a friend and have since referred other to her. She listens and interacts with me making it easy to share all of my concerns (even the embarrassing and hard to talk about ones).

Taasha is amazing. She is honestly the only reason I still go to Tri-Hill. She is kind, has amazing bedside manner, and she actually cares about her patients.

I appreciate Taasha. She is empathetic, respectful, and knowledgeable. I DO NOT CARE how long I wait for her because I know she is providing the same loving care to other women. We need more providers like her. And WellSpan needs to focus less on the timeliness and meeting quotas. If another woman needs more time during a visit, I absolutely expect my provider to spend that time with her, even if I wait. Women's Healthcare is frequently pushed to the side. Taasha doesn't allow that in her practice.

Taasha listens to you and always explains things in detail.  Grateful for how well she treats me as her patient.

While I had to wait over a half hour to see the provider, they apologized for the wait and made me feel like they actually meant it.  Provider made me feel like I was finally heard when I discussed my concerns and took the time to explain next steps. I left the office happy.

I have already recommended her to my friends, she is a wonderful resource especially with her Menopause training.

This is the second time I've seen her and she's just terrific. I suffer from anxiety, especially in a clinical setting. She calms me, explains things thoroughly and relates to me. I appreciate that so much.

Overall, the appointment lasted 10 minutes which it should. I arrived at my appointment for 7:45 and was never taken back until 8:15. When I approached the front staff I was informed the provider was running 45 minutes behind when she started at 7:00 and had three appointments prior to me which were slotted for 15 minutes. The nursing assistant says this happens all the time because the provider is personable which is fine and at the same time, 45 minutes behind when I was the third or fourth appointment of the day is unacceptable. She spent a total of 10 minutes with me so I am not certain she is that personable.

Amazing knowledge of the care of transgender individuals. Used preferred name and pronouns.

Great experience she listened to my issues  and suggested different types of treatment.
