Residency: York Hospital (family medicine)
Dr. Robert attended undergraduate school at Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland, and received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. She completed her family medicine residency at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.
A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP), the Society for Teachers of Family Medicine, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the York County Medical Society and Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors, Dr. Robert joined the WellSpan York Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program faculty in 2002.
She is an officer in the Program Director’s Assembly for PAFP and currently serves as the Treasurer for the York County Medical Society. She attended the National Institute for Program Director Development in 2007-2008.
Interests & hobbies: Community service and care of the underserved, graduate medical education and women’s health

Chasity Spagnola, DO
Associate Program Director and Site Director
Undergraduate: York College of Pennsylvania
Medical School: Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
Residency: UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport (family medicine)
Dr. Spagnola is a York native — she grew up in York and attended York College of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate. She received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed family medicine residency training in Williamsport, Pennsylvania at the Williamsport Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Spagnola joined the WellSpan York Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program faculty in 2018. She is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
