Social anxiety can be a major obstacle preventing patients from living as enjoyable a life as possible. This group aims to help you overcome social anxiety and help you connect with parts of life that matter to you. Group participants will explore what social anxiety is, gain understanding about how and why social anxiety affects us and learn skills that support overcoming social anxiety in order to reclaim control over our lives. This group is not just about talking. Group participants will receive direct support towards engaging in social situations in ways that help them succeed. The goal of this group is to help you engage in social situations that matter to you.
