Please join for a LIVE Virtual group exercise class (via ZOOM) for all ability levels. All exercises done from a chair. Class will address strengthening, flexibility, and light cardio exercise. This is a great class for those with mobility and/or balance issues, beginners to exercise, or someone who just wants a break in the day to get some movement. It is simple and convenient and will address the full body – head to toe! Classes are pay per person, per session, and do not build upon each other. Time will be left at the end of each session for questions and answers about anything related to physical activity with the exercise instructor/professional.
