Having trouble staying focused when completing a task at work or around the house? Do you constantly find yourself losing track of time and running out the door in a hurry? Are you messy and struggle keeping track of your belongings? Do you find yourself drowning in boring paperwork that you are procrastinating to complete? This group is for YOU! This program focuses on developing time-management, organizational, and planning skills. An ADHD diagnosis is now required for the group.

Group members must have the ability to communicate effectively in group format. Potential participants cannot have active psychosis, active addiction or active suicidal/homicidal thoughts.

Instructions

This 12-week group meets on Tuesdays at 10:00 to 11:30 am with group leader Brandi Avery, LPC. While all efforts will be made to assist you in entering a group as quickly as possible, you may need to be temporarily added to a waitlist.
