WellSpan Health’s Winter STREAK Wellness Program is a FREE 12-week program that encourages participants to increase physical activity, eat healthy, reduce stress, and more! As part of the program, WellSpan offers six, 30-minute-long virtual workshops, each focusing on a major component of overall health and well-being.

  • Workshop 1: Choose Your Better - Think Big, Start Small -- In this kick-off session, Dr. Michael Diller, WellSpan Health Wellbeing Program Administrator, will share insights and offer keys to empower yourself, overcome challenges, and live a full life! Get ready to feel energized and be inspired!
  • Workshop 2: Flexibility 101 -- This workshop focuses on the importance of regular/daily stretching and offers a live demonstration of various whole-body stretches participants can do throughout the day!
  • Workshop 3: Cooking Demo: Chicken Taco Lettuce Wraps -- Join us for a live cooking demo and learn how to make a quick, easy, and heart healthy entrée!
  • Workshop 4: Finding Meaning Can Change Your Day -- In this workshop, explore how gratefulness and being in the “here and now” can change your life!
  • Workshop 5: Strength Training Made Easy -- This workshop focuses on the importance of keeping your body strong and offers a live demonstration of whole-body strengthening exercises participants can do throughout the day with little to no equipment!
  • Workshop 6: Cooking Demo: Ripe Plantain Casserole -- Join us for a live cooking demo and learn how to make a delicious cultural dish!
