Description

Is stress having a direct cause on the amount of food you eat, or what you eat? Do you find yourself using food as a coping mechanism for the stress you are facing? The "Emotional Eating Group" can provide group members coping skills of how to handle the stress they are faced with. Group members will learn how habits are formed, how to change those habits and how to identify and manage emotions without using food.
