Description

The transition to motherhood can often be challenging with unexpected twists and turns along the way. There are often experiences of worry, fear, anger and sadness. This group offers a space to process challenging emotions and experiences that occur during the first two years of motherhood. Group members will engage with each to provide support and skills, and to help each other explore and process shared and different experiences.

Group members must have had a child in the past two years and have the ability to communicate effectively in a group format. Group members cannot have active psychosis, active addiction or active SI/HI symptoms.

Current Philhaven patients should talk to their provider. For new Philhaven patients, please call (717) 851-1375 or (800) 459-7497.
