Are you grieving the death of a loved one? Has it been four or more months since the loss of your loved one? This 12-week group will help you learn self-care and coping skills for your grief and find support through processing with others who are grieving. Group sessions will focus on: 

  • Processing the death of your loved one
  • The story of your loved one
  • Emotions related to grief, grief monitoring, and self-care skills
  • How to access support from loved ones and supportive others

Group members must be at least four months out from the death of loved one and have the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual group format. Group participants cannot have active psychosis, active addiction, or active SI/HI symptoms.

Instructions

This group meets for 12 weeks on Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm with group leader Anatasia Tang, PsyD. While all efforts will be made to assist you in entering a group as quickly as possible, you may need to be temporarily added to a waitlist.
