Is your mental health interfering with your daily routine? Do you feel you lack skills and support for your mental health? Are you willing to learn and implement new skills in your life? The Simply Skillful Group can provide members the opportunity to discuss how skills can be implemented in their daily lives to decrease mental health symptoms. This group emphasizes a safe environment with others who are experiencing similar events. Though processing daily life struggles does not occur, discussion of how to utilize skills and barriers occurs often in the group. Group sessions will focus on:
Group members must have the ability to communicate effectively in a group format. Participants cannot have active psychosis, active addiction, or active SI/HI symptoms. Participant can not have a diagnosis of anti-social personality disorder. This is a 20-week, 1-hour group that will have certain days to admit clients.

Minimum Age: 18
This group meets on Thursdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with group leader Holly Cooper-Thatcher, LPC. While all efforts will be made to assist you in entering a group as quickly as possible, you may need to be temporarily added to a waitlist.
