Women Setting Boundaries - Stonebridge

Description

Feeling exhausted, overworked, under-appreciated, and depleted? Learn how to successfully express your needs, say “no,” and be assertive without guilt.

We all know we need healthy boundaries. Boundaries separate us from others physically and emotionally. They are essential for our physical and mental health. Despite the importance of personal boundaries, many people do not recognize how and when these lines are crossed. For anyone who has walked away from a conversation, meeting, family get-together, or visit with friends and felt violated, this group is for you. Rooted in research and best practices used in cognitive-behavioral therapy, learn to identify and express your needs clearly and without apology.

Group members must self-identify as female. Group members must have the ability to communicate effectively in group format. Potential participants cannot have active psychosis, active addiction or active suicidal/homicidal thoughts.

Current Philhaven patients should talk to their provider. For new Philhaven patients, please call (717) 851-1375 or (800) 459-7497.
